Exterior Facade Paint Choice

Exterior facade paint has to withstand far tougher conditions than interior paint: UV rays, moisture, the freeze-thaw cycle and mechanical impacts.

Paint Types

Silicone facade paint: Breathable, waterproof, anti-mould. The long-lasting and most recommended option.
Acrylate paint: Cost-effective, with a wide colour range. Provides adequate insulation.
Elastomeric paint: Stands out with its crack-bridging capacity. Ideal on moving surfaces or those at risk of cracking.

Colour Choice

Light colours reflect UV rays, reducing heat gain and extending paint life. Although dark colours look attractive, they degrade the facade faster.

Application Conditions

The temperature should be between 5 and 35°C and the humidity below 85%. Application should not be done before rain or in intense sun.
