Lighting for the Home Office

Among the top complaints of remote workers is inadequate or incorrect lighting.

Screen Glare: The light source should not be behind or to the side of the screen. Natural light from the side is the ideal position.

Video Conference: Front lighting that illuminates the face (such as a ring light) provides a professional look in video calls.

General Lighting: 4000K neutral white is recommended for the study. 2700K yellow light can increase eye fatigue.
