Time overruns are among the most common problems in renovation projects. Correct planning reduces both stress and cost.
Work Order: Rough construction → Plumbing → Drywall → Plaster → Floor covering (rough) → Paint → Floor covering (final coat or floor installation) → Door and accessory installation → Cleaning.
Buffer Time: Leave at least a 20% time margin for each stage. Material delays and unexpected problems easily eat up this margin.
