Art or Print?

Original artworks are unique but not suited to every budget. A limited print or a high-quality fine-art print provides a valuable balance between original art and a poster.

Size and Scale

A single large work creates a powerful effect on a wall. Small works, meanwhile, are effective when used together as a gallery wall. In both cases, attention should be paid to the principle of scale balance.

Hanging Height

Eye level is generally taken to be 145–150 cm above the floor. The centre of the work should be at this height. For works mounted above furniture, a gap of 15–20 cm should be left between the top of the furniture and the work.
