How long is the workmanship guarantee?

We give a one-year workmanship guarantee, in writing. Defects arising from our work are put right at no charge; damage from impact or later alterations is outside the scope.

Can office renovation be done outside business hours?

Do we get a single quote?

Can I stay in the flat during the work?

The scope decides. A single-room refit is fine to stay through. If screed is being poured or services opened up, we suggest staying elsewhere for a few days.

When can the room be used after painting?

The same day with water-based products. The surface dries in hours and reaches full hardness within about seven days; just keep heavy furniture off the wall in the first week.

Who removes the rubble?

Haulage and disposal are ours. We use bulk bags or a skip depending on the building's rules, and we protect the lift if it's being used.

Can the price change later?

We work to a fixed price. If extra work is needed we price it separately and wait for your approval; that item doesn't start until approval comes.

Wood flooring or tiles?

Tiles in wet rooms and kitchens, wood in living spaces. Laminate is cheap and fast but does not get on with water; LVT can go into wet areas and is quieter. If there is underfloor heating, the product must be rated for it.

Plasterboard or block partitions?

For partitions, plasterboard is faster, lighter and takes services inside it. Where sound insulation matters, double boarding with mineral wool gets close to a block wall. If heavy units are going up, we add noggings behind the board.
