The quotation is itemised, with material brands and quantities written in. Changes come only from your request or from a surprise in the building, and both need written approval.

How is payment structured?

The payment schedule is written into the contract, usually in three parts: start, completion of first fix, and handover. We accept cash, transfer and card.

What stages does a renovation follow?

Strip-out, services, wet-area waterproofing, screed, first-fix surfaces, finishes and fit-out. We inspect together at the end of each stage, and that stage is then paid.
