Factors That Set the Price

Weight, pattern complexity, country of manufacture, abrasion resistance and printing technology directly affect the price. Digitally printed, custom-design products are always more expensive.

Economy Segment (50–150 TL/m²)

Vinyl-based, washable, with limited pattern options. Suitable for standard homes and rental properties. Service life is between 5 and 7 years.

Mid Segment (150–500 TL/m²)

Higher-quality printing, various texture options, longer life. This is the smartest choice for home investments. It offers a certain brand assurance.

Luxury Segment (500 TL+ /m²)

Handmade, imported products with special material content. Preferred for boutique hotel and luxury residential projects. Meets a durability expectation of 10 years and above.

You can gain a price advantage by buying directly from the supplier. End-of-season campaigns and lot sales provide serious savings. For branded products, remember to calculate the total cost per square metre including labour.
