We do, and it is included in the quote. Rubble isn't left in the flat overnight; on larger jobs we take it to a licensed tipping site.

How is payment structured?

We work on a stage-payment basis tied to the programme. We inspect each stage together, then that stage is paid.

Plasterboard or block walls?

A block wall is more solid but means rubble, weight and time. For most flat partitions plasterboard is enough; the decision comes from discussing sound and hanging loads.

How long is the workmanship guarantee?

We give a one-year workmanship guarantee, in writing. Defects arising from our work are put right at no charge; damage from impact or later alterations is outside the scope.

Do you clean up when the work is finished?

We hand the home over in a usable state. Detail work like glass and grout cleaning we add on request.
