If the tanking is skipped or rushed, the first leak means taking the new tiles off — so we write the curing times for screed and tanking into the schedule and do not shorten them. An average bathroom takes 10-14 working days, much of it waiting for curing. We ask you to finalise sanitaryware and taps before we start, because material delays extend the schedule directly.

We do, and it is included in the quote. Rubble is not left in the flat overnight; we take it to a licensed tipping site.
